FOR BEING HUMAN

In this seven day series you will be introduced to seven of my favourite tools for navigating and enhancing your life as a human.

Each one will be a bite size tool to use in your life when the need and want arises.   

Being Human is a glorious experience if we let it be.  

When we chose to come to earth as a human we were given a system of hardware to use and navigate.   

Most notably the mind.   

The mind is an intricate and complex part of Being Human. It can be our best friend or our worst nightmare.

A LITTLE OF MY STORY

“I came to realise it was my soul gently whispering for me to find fulfilment, to go inward, to breathe deeply, to listen to the little piece of the universe placed inside me, pure consciousness, pure love.”  

After some intense life experiences in my early twenties which included extreme partying in the form of alcohol and drugs and a fast and furious relationship that ended in a broken heart and a failed marriage I was in what felt like a swirling tornado.    

Unsure of how I got here and how to never let it happen again,  I felt out of control, that the world was happening at me and I had no idea how to change it I was along for the ride.  It continued for most of my 20s as I chopped and changed things in my outside world to try and make life better.  Countries, partners, jobs.  Trying to figure out the magic formula.    

“Partying and alcohol was my coping method.  Life was exciting and fun when I was out partying, wild and free.  Not a care in the world and I was liked as this wild child she even had another name ‘Sophie’.”  

However in the quiet, alone times this nagging feeling was always there that I was capable of more.   

I came to realise it was my soul gently whispering for me to find fulfilment, to go inward, to breathe deeply, to listen to the little piece of the universe placed inside me, pure consciousness, pure love.  

It whispered into my 30’s and lead me to many different courses, books and to work with lots of different coaches and teachers, all over the world. 

I did The Landmark curriculum in London, trained as a CTI co-active life coach and and  NLP practitioner while living in Vancouver,  attended the Breakthrough Experience with Demartini in Toronto,  fasting retreats in Thailand, Breathwork in Bali, became a personal trainer for Les Mills,  studied the Meisner acting technique in London and Kundalini Yoga teachers training in Bali.   Plus lots of personal coaches, countless other courses, hours and hours of research…that always continues! 

 

The voice of my soul got louder, clearer and more certain and continues to each every day.   

With the birth of my first daughter the lessons keep on coming, and this is what is it is Be Human it’s the constant pealing of the layers to grow, learn, serve and connect back to our source, connect back to home and to our soul.

Three days are dedicated to experiencing a sequence of Kundalini yoga, Kundalini Meditation and a breathwork technique. Designed to give you an experience of each, to aid in quietening your mind and getting into the neutral mind - a space of intuition and inner wisdom.

NLP, Values and Visualisation Techniques

Three days are dedicated to understanding Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) as a way to reprogram the conditionings of the mind, getting to clearly see your values and what is most important to you and a visualisation and manifestation technique to plan out and understand your ideal day helping to bring it into reality.

Nutrition, Gut Health and Supplement tools.

A day is dedicated to some personal favourite nutritional ideas, that include fasting and gut health. To provide clarity for the mind and enhance your physical vessel for receiving information and giving you the energy for life here on earth.
